📋 Description
• Atuar como consultor SAP SuccessFactors focado em Time Tracking (Gestão de Tempo). • Configurar e implementar Employee Central Time Off, Time Sheet e Time Tracking. • Projetar e executar integrações com Payroll (SAP HCM, ECP ou sistemas terceiros). • Desenvolver e configurar relatórios (People Analytics, Story Reports). • Comunicação direta e suporte a áreas de RH e gestores de negócio. • Participar de projetos globais garantindo conformidade com legislações locais (ex.: México). • Manter e validar certificações SAP SuccessFactors relevantes.
🎯 Requirements
• Experiência comprovada em SAP SuccessFactors – Employee Central (Time Off, Time Sheet e Time Tracking). • Conhecimento em integração com Payroll (SAP HCM, ECP ou sistemas terceiros). • Familiaridade com ferramentas de relatórios (People Analytics, Story Reports). • Boa comunicação e experiência em contato direto com áreas de RH e gestores de negócio. • ESPANHOL AVANÇADO É REQUISITO OBRIGATÓRIO. • Experiência em projetos globais de SAP SuccessFactors. • Conhecimento em legislações trabalhistas MÉXICO. • Certificação SAP SuccessFactors – Employee Central Time Management / Time Tracking. • Nível Sênior
