• Serve as an expert in your field, assisting our customers to achieve welding process excellence. • Deep knowledge of our comprehensive welding portfolio, encompassing welding equipment and consumables, will play a vital role in identifying and pursuing growth opportunities. • Create impactful presentations that demonstrate the tangible value of solutions to our customers. • Conduct engaging product demonstrations that highlight the benefits of solutions and encourage product adoption. • Provide targeted training and technical support to our valued end-users and distribution partners. • Efficiently manage your territory, focusing on key accounts and activities using an 80/20 approach.

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Welding Engineering or Welding Engineering Technology degree or equivalent experience • 2+ years prior experience in welding industry • Subject matter expert in manufacturing welding processes and welding variables • Full welding portfolio knowledge/understanding required • Technically conversant in latest welding/automation technology plus experience with welding codes • AWS Certified Welding Inspector qualification preferred • Strong business acumen required • Hands-on welding ability, preferably in a manufacturing or fabrication environment • Ability to communicate with and build relationships with key decision makers and influencers • Strategic selling skills with a command of value-added sales techniques to support conversion process. • Strong Communication, presentation, time/project management, collaboration and interpersonal skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and CRM system • Ability to travel overnight at least 50%.
