🎯 Requirements

• A University Degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field plus approximately 10+ years of experience • Depth and diversity of experience, already operating at the Staff level • Strong experience in designing and evolving backend systems with a pragmatic approach to scaling architecture • Proven ability to model complex business domains • Solid working knowledge of frontend technologies—particularly React—is a significant bonus • Extensive experience and ownership in design and architecture • Experience creating and upholding technical standards • A desire to remain actively involved in coding while leading teams • Ability to communicate complex technical solutions • Experience driving internal education efforts such as design reviews and mentorship programs
