• Own complex client escalations • Identify patterns and opportunities across a clinic portfolio • Improve systems and workflows for the SEO team • Develop and upskill the SEO Representative team through coaching
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience • Strong command of website architecture and on-page fundamentals • Knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, and Google Business Profile • Leadership or training capacity experience • Experience managing a multi-site SEO environment • Clear communicator with healthcare experience preferred
