📋 Description

• provide direct support to the Lead Event Planner and Administration team • assist event preparation and post-event breakdown of venue location • provide administrative support during events in the role of rapporteur • attend events and act as a recorder taking fast, accurate notes of the conversations and issues during the meetings

🎯 Requirements

• current SECRET clearance • Associates degree or higher (preferred) • proficient in common desktop applications like Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint • able to travel unaccompanied to US locations supported by the FWD mission on a monthly basis for periods of 3-21 days • able to move, carry, and operate personal computer equipment and related material • preferred experience working with high-level military and government officials • able to listen and type simultaneously • able to follow along during the meetings and produce coherent records of the event
