📋 Description
• Own the quarterly and annual income tax provision process under ASC 740 • Preparation/review of federal, state, local, and foreign income and franchise tax returns • Providing support and/or manage IRS and state income/franchise tax notices, audits, and information requests • Providing assistance with technical research on various tax issues • Preparation of tax account forecasts and monthly accruals • Lead assigned tax projects from planning through execution
🎯 Requirements
• Seven to nine years of recent experience in US corporate income tax • Experience with ASC 740 is required • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience • CPA preferred
