• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand into new markets (focus on Slovakia) • Support strategic budgeting through market research • Lead and coordinate end-to-end sales and project execution across departments ensuring timely, error-free delivery and cost optimization • Develop and implement standardized sales processes based on KPIs • Manage project acquisition including negotiations and offer preparation • Build and maintain strong client relationships and advise stakeholders such as architects and general contractors • Oversee customer onboarding including database setup, business rule definition, and delivery of training sessions for clients and architects • Monitor construction site schedules, record technical specifications (e.g. door elements), and coordinate the ordering process • Prepare monthly project reports and performance evaluations • Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure high service quality
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry in a project-based sales role • Strong network and contacts within the construction industry • Proven skills in contract management and negotiation • Strategic mindset with problem-solving capabilities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Team player with the ability to work independently • Willingness to travel as necessary • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects • Czech native • English level: minimum B1
