📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to tackle key challenges and opportunities. • Make JetBrains AI Assistant the first choice for AI in JetBrains IDEs. • Enable and enhance IDEs marketing as competition shifts from AI plugins to AI-powered IDEs.

🎯 Requirements

• Lead marketing efforts for AI Assistant, from strategic campaigns to ongoing features promotions. • Work closely with the product team to align marketing initiatives with roadmaps and priorities and become the center of knowledge about AI Assistant for marketing teams. • Define and refine AI Assistant’s market positioning and messaging, ensuring consistency across all JetBrains channels and products. • Measure, analyze, and optimize marketing performance using data-driven insights. • Build and strengthen relationships with influencers, contributors, and the developer community through close collaboration with other PMMs to drive advocacy and loyalty. • Manage marketing budget allocation and track expenses. • Help improve user onboarding to increase trial-to-license conversion rates and overall product adoption.

• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills. • Proven experience in marketing and/or product marketing, ideally in the software development or tech industry. • Experience writing product-specific content. • Strong understanding of the developer ecosystem and AI tooling, along with their nuances. • Ability to craft and execute strategic marketing initiatives, from positioning to campaign execution, with measurable outcomes. • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and optimize performance. • Creativity and innovation in marketing strategies, with a results-driven approach. • Self-motivated and organized, with a track record of delivering impactful projects on time and within budget. • Proven experience in brand/awareness marketing to support AI Assistant’s major relaunch. • Active use and knowledge of various AI tools.
