📋 Description

• Provide reliable, timely, and professional support to Senior Project Managers on large project initiatives • Function as secondary support while shadowing and expanding project management experience • Plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload involving all types of projects with minimal oversight • Manage end-to-end small-scale, single-vendor projects • Submit weekly access keeper requests • Prepare meeting minutes for QAC meetings • Request space plans, floor plans, and DWG sets from clients and upload them to SMS • Restrict access to rooms onsite during construction using Space Finder • Submit JIRA tickets for PMWeb-related issues or corrections • Prepare shopping cart/commitment submissions for PO creation, including required documentation • Monitor funding requests, track workflows, and alert Project Managers of delays • Submit photography requests and final project submissions • Execute project closeout with the Project Coordinator, ensuring required documentation is completed within the 90-day deadline • Collaborate with the Project Coordinator to ensure project controls are met each month • Audit PMWeb project assignments and gather LOB approver, preliminary project scope, RM AU/BE confirmation, SQFT, and project type details

• Strategic, innovative, challenges the status quo and recommends improvements • Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and teamwork skills • Motivation, proactivity, attention to detail and respect for deadlines • Experience with system implementation or optimization projects • Attention to detail and data accuracy • Understanding of project management processes and terminology • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) preferred • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
