📋 Description
• Liaise with regulators and prepare submissions • Implement and maintain inventory systems, prepare documentation • Develop audit plans, organize documentation, track corrective measures • Prepare and update monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory reports • Monitor incident management systems and assist in investigations • Research and update safety programs and conduct hazard assessments • Ensure team compliance with required training and maintain training databases
🎯 Requirements
• 3 years of experience in managing environmental programs and management systems • Relevant post-secondary education in occupational health and safety or environmental studies • Proven success with high hazard prevention programs • Strong regulatory compliance management track record • Vendor collaboration experience supporting safety objectives • Professional certifications (CRSP, ROH) preferred • Bilingual (French/English) preferred • Facility operations experience preferred • Claims management experience is an asset
