📋 Description

• Manage the complete lifecycle of multiple projects simultaneously from identification through planning, design, permitting, construction, and financial closeout • Lead cross-functional teams of architects, engineers, contractors, property managers, brokers, consultants, and client stakeholders • Deliver retail upfits, base building improvements, security upgrades, signage installations, and ADA compliance projects • Provide weekly leadership updates and maintain real-time project tracking for schedules, budgets, and risks • Develop project charters, due diligence reports, budgets, schedules, meeting minutes, funding requests, status reports, and punch lists • Oversee vendor relationships and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and project requirements • Create and execute risk management plans and lead work authorization processes • Partner with clients to identify needs, define goals, establish scope, manage expectations, and deliver project management services • Travel regularly for project oversight and site visits across Tennessee, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience covering design and construction delivery from inception through closeout • Experience developing project scopes, preparing budgets, creating schedules, negotiating contracts, and managing financial performance • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Proficiency in project scheduling software such as MS Project or Primavera • Experience with web-based project management applications and ability to adapt to client-specific platforms • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to prepare professional documentation and interact with executives, technical teams, and vendors • Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout Tennessee, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field • Preferred: PMP certification • Preferred: Financial Services project experience, especially retail banking facilities • Preferred: Experience with vendor closeout processes, ideally within 60 days of substantial completion • Preferred: Experience working within client Project Management Organizations and using their tools, processes, and governance structures
