📋 Description

• Lead strategic sourcing projects from requirements gathering through contract execution, managing multiple initiatives across various spend categories simultaneously • Conduct in-depth market research and supplier analysis to identify qualified vendors and emerging market trends that impact sourcing decisions • Develop and present business case analyses and compelling sourcing strategies to senior management, articulating value propositions and risk mitigation approaches • Negotiate contracts and service agreements with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms while maintaining strong partnerships and service quality standards • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, translate requirements into sourcing specifications, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives • Manage supplier performance through established KPIs and regular business reviews, proactively addressing issues and driving continuous improvement initiatives • Implement sourcing best practices and tools that enhance efficiency, compliance, and transparency across the sourcing lifecycle • Identify and capture cost-saving opportunities while balancing quality, service levels, and sustainability considerations in supplier selection • Support the development of junior team members through mentoring and knowledge sharing, contributing to a culture that empowers everyone to thrive

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field • 5+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in professional services or commercial real estate • Proven track record leading complex sourcing initiatives and delivering measurable cost savings and process improvements • Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to secure favorable contractual terms while building collaborative supplier relationships • Proficiency with sourcing technologies, procurement platforms, and data analysis tools to support informed decision-making • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels • Strategic thinking combined with strong attention to detail and excellence in execution • Proficiency in English and French (written and spoken) to support business operations in Montreal
