• JMW is a global transformation consultancy that empowers leaders to shape the future of their organizations. • We partner with organizations to address strategic leadership challenges through bespoke interventions that produce real-time results and build lasting capability. • Our work is aligned with a global shift from shareholder returns to delivering superior outcomes for all stakeholders—business, society, and humanity. • The Opportunity: We are building our talent pipeline for future consulting opportunities in Singapore; not a technology or IT consulting role. • What You’ll Do: Partner with senior executives and teams to lead high-impact transformation projects; Design and facilitate leadership development sessions for groups (up to 25+ participants); Apply JMW’s proprietary methodology to address the human factors influencing organizational success; Lead small consulting teams through strategic engagements; Coach and guide leaders through complex change and performance improvement initiatives; Navigate and impact large, matrixed organizations across industries. • What We’re Looking For: Proven experience delivering organizational change, transformation, or leadership development initiatives; Track record of managing consulting engagements with budgets of S$1M+; Experience coaching senior executives and facilitating high-level workshops; Strong consulting acumen, with prior experience in client and project management; Ability to think strategically while executing tactically; Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills; Comfort working across diverse industries and cultures; Flexibility to travel, both regionally and globally. • Ideal Candidate Profile: Background in management consulting or a transformation-focused role within a large organization; Experience working with multinational companies or complex global environments; Commercially savvy, entrepreneurial mindset; Able to build credibility at the C-suite level; Collaborative team player who also thrives in independent, self-directed work; Passionate about helping people grow and delivering tangible impact; Singapore work authorization required.
