• Support People & Culture in ensuring compliance with labour and employment regulations across Job&Talent’s markets. • Advise on HR policies, collective agreements, and regulatory matters. • Monitor regulatory changes, updating policies and processes to align with evolving requirements. • Oversee HR-related contracts, collective agreements, and labor regulation application across regions. • Partner with People & Culture to design scalable, compliant policies that support business objectives.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology or similar from a top university. • 4–6 years of professional experience, including 2–3 years in a major law firm (labour/employment practice) and 2–3 years in an international in-house legal department. • Solid knowledge of labour and employment law, with proven experience advising on HR policies, collective agreements, contracts, and compliance matters. • Demonstrated ability to monitor and interpret regulatory changes and translate them into practical updates for policies and processes. • Strong business orientation with the ability to partner effectively with People & Culture teams and design scalable, compliant solutions. • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken; able to interact with stakeholders at all levels. • Proactive self-starter with high motivation, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage both day-to-day issues and long-term strategic projects. • Experience in the Tech sector or commercial law is a plus. • Other languages (ES, IT, PT, FR, DE).
