📋 Description

• Manage the New Bets team within Fintech • Help the team bring our bookkeeping product into stable operations after launch • Establish strong AI-augmented development practices • Create conditions for the team to operate with high independence across product, design, and engineering decisions • Shape the technical direction of our platform, ensuring reliability and high performance as we scale Jobber • Collaborate with other stakeholders across the business • Participate in recruiting events and the hiring process • Support team members in developing their skills and advancing their careers

🎯 Requirements

• A track record of success in being an established software engineer, as well as time spent in a leadership position, guiding a team in the delivery of quality software. • Strong full-stack technical background, including design and architectural experience. Deep knowledge and experience in either Ruby On Rails environments or ReactJS is essential. • A drive to succeed and deliver impactful projects on time. • The ability to be agile in an agile environment. • Effective written and oral communication. • To be a leader and mentor.
