• Understanding of contract drawings and specifications. • Assist with Planning and Scheduling – take an active role in monitoring the day-to-day activities on site. • Critical path schedules – take information from the site diary and update. Review with senior site managers. • Source materials and issue purchase orders. Review substantial items with senior site staff. • Ensure all packing slips for material delivered to site are coded and submitted to the office weekly. • Track materials and ensure materials delivery meets schedule deadlines. • Prepare submittals and review with senior site managers. • Progress payments – develop and enter monthly payment sheet, review quantities with Owner’s representative. • Sub Payments – develop from approved payment quantities. Review with senior site managers and submit to Office for processing. • Change orders – take an active role in identifying extras and pricing them out. Review with senior site managers. • Schedule and track all QC aspects of the project. • Coordinate and schedule crews, participate in weekly scheduling and informing crews of upcoming tasks. • Quantity takeoffs and assist with estimating. • Attend and participate in site progress meetings. • Continue to develop an understanding of bid and costs onsite, identifying inefficacies. • Review job site(s) to ensure compliance with OHSA and CWS COR safety policies. Identify issues to Foreman and Superintendent. • Ensure new hire onboarding documents are submitted prior to new worker starting onsite. • Participate in safety investigations in conjunction with senior site managers and safety department if required. • Track costing for key item work.
• Must be willing to travel to various jobsites throughout region on daily basis, occasionally overnight. • Must be willing to work overnight shifts if/when required. • Must have full G license.
