• Develop, execute, and monitor CRM workflows including onboarding, offboarding, and logging interactions • Conduct minor research to gather contact information and maintain CRM databases • Track and analyze firm-wide performance metrics • Support accounts receivable/payable tasks including invoicing, reviewing time entries, and processing payments • Maintain records and enter financial data using Minute7, QuickBooks Online, and Excel • Communicate with vendors to resolve service and payment issues • Organize and maintain digital records, cloud storage, and email systems • Schedule deadlines, appointments, and travel arrangements • Assist with client intake and administrative communications • Coordinate client deposits, documentation, and updates • Support marketing efforts such as newsletters, ads, cards, and payments • Help with internal hiring, onboarding, and team support • Organize monthly team meetings and foster firm-wide collaboration
• 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant • Fluent in English (spoken and written) • Prior experience in administrative or executive support roles • Familiarity with CRM systems and financial tools • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and cloud-based platforms
