• Follow up with leads to ensure conversion and engagement • Manage and respond to online consultation requests • Coordinate and schedule initial consultations • Serve as the primary point of contact for new prospective clients • Send appropriate forms and emails to prepare clients for consultations • Enter client information into Clio Grow and Clio Manage accurately • Answer and manage incoming calls professionally and empathetically • Set up SharePoint folders to collect and organize client documents • Maintain clear and respectful communication with clients and team members • Provide referrals for leads outside the firm’s scope of practice
