• Communicate effectively with attorneys and team members to support case progress. • Conduct follow-ups with providers and clients to ensure timely updates. • Perform data entry for case-related documentation. • Ensure compliance with firm standards and confidentiality requirements. • Accurately fill and maintain medical records in the system. • Maintain organized case files and documentation in FileVine. • Request and obtain medical records, bills, and liens from providers.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a legal assistant or case manager, or in a legal support role and/or related Bachelor's degree in legal studies. • Advanced/native-level English skills (both written and spoken). • Customer Service. • Team Player. • Ownership. • Attention to Detail. • Organizational Skills. • Timeliness. • Language Requirement: Spanish (mandatory).
