• Collect, define and prioritize epics, features and user stories to be implemented according to clients agile development process and align changes with adjacent application owners • Manage and maintain a clear road map of development for ICH • Provide specialist knowledge and expertise to stakeholders across the business and act as liaison / interface between business stakeholders and IT • Explore new technical fields and create networks with relevant partners connected to the digital solution to drive efficiency and value • Define solutions and detail requirements supported by Business Analyst • Coordinate testing and roll out of new features and improvements to the digital applications • Provide user training incl. material and documentation • Lead, govern or manage projects/activities within the digital solution area together with the delivery lead.
🎯 Requirements
• Experienced in personal data handling in EU (GDPR) and knowledgeable of global legislation • Good understanding of digital marketing and marketing campaigns to gather personal data and activate on the data. • Good understanding of MarTech required for marketing campaign executions • Strong technical competencies, able to translate business needs into technical capabilities / configurations • Experience from Agile • SAP CDC experience
