📋 Description

• Overseeing the Business Intelligence (BI) team's strategy, implementation, and maintenance • Partnering with data management and analytics teams • Establishing standards, policies, and documentation best practices • Promoting user education, training, and data governance • Guiding the creation of data visualizations and insights • Managing data collection and analysis • Providing performance reporting to support strategic decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Management, Information Systems, or related field - Required • Master's Degree in the same fields - Preferred • 3 years Relevant work experience as data, decision support, or analytics leader - Required • 7 years Analytics/Reporting tools such as SAS, Tableau, PowerBI, SAP BusinessObjects - Required • 5 years Hands-on experience with data analysis and analytics product design, development and maintenance - Required • 5 years EPIC data models Clarity, Caboodle, Cogito - Preferred • 3 years Knowledge of healthcare data and the healthcare industry - Preferred
