📋 Description

• Development, planning, implementation and administration of Data center infrastructures • LAN, SD-WAN • Network security, firewall solutions from manufacturers like Cisco and Fortinet • Layer 2 and Layer 3 configuration of customer sites • Ensuring maximum availability and network security • Documenting the network structure using Microsoft Visio • Planning, coordination, and execution of system installations • Second & Third Level support for pre-qualified incidents in the areas of routers, switches, and firewalls • Participation in a weekly rotating 24/7 on-call duty (separately compensated)

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of routing and switching and common routing protocols • Experience with firewall solutions, preferably from Cisco and Fortinet • First experience with network security (e.g. Cisco Identity Services Engine) • Ideally, manufacturer certifications (e.g., CCNA) • ITIL knowledge is a plus • Strong technical understanding, independent working style, and high level of service orientation • Very good German and good English skills • Nationality or Work Authorization: Spanish or Portuguese nationality, or alternatively a permanent work permit/VISA for Spain or Portugal • Advanced level of Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
