📋 Description
• Lead SAP PM/EAM solution design and integration in an S/4HANA environment. • Oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance process design. • Support integration with MM, FICO, and production. • Lead object mapping, data cleansing, and migration activities for PM/EAM-specific master and transactional data. • Conduct Fit‑to‑Standard, blueprinting, and technical validation sessions during conversion. • Mentor functional consultants during build, test, and cutover phases.
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years SAP PM/EAM experience. • Strong track record with at least 1 major S/4HANA system conversion. • Knowledge of AIN, mobility, maintenance planning, EHS integration, and Fiori apps. • Hands-on experience with equipment hierarchy, work orders, notifications, and measurement points. • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
