📋 Description

• Development, planning, implementation and administration of data center infrastructures • LAN, SD-WAN • Network security and firewall solutions from vendors such as Cisco and Fortinet • Layer 2 and Layer 3 configuration of customer sites • Ensuring maximum availability and network security • Documenting network architectures using Microsoft Visio • Planning, coordinating, and executing system installations • Second- and third-level support for pre-qualified incidents related to routers, switches, and firewalls • Participation in a weekly rotating 24/7 on-call duty (separately compensated)

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of routing and switching and common routing protocols • Experience with Cisco Meraki hardware • Basic experience with firewall solutions, preferably from Cisco and Fortinet • Experience with network security (e.g., Cisco Identity Services Engine) • Ideally, vendor certifications (e.g., CCNP) • ITIL knowledge is a plus • Strong technical understanding, an independent working style, and a high level of service orientation • Excellent English skills • Nationality or work authorization: Spanish or Portuguese nationality, or alternatively a permanent work permit/visa for Spain or Portugal • Language proficiency: Advanced Spanish and English (both written and spoken)
