📋 Description

• Act as Integration Architect: Coordinate and direct teams in systems implementations, upgrades, or migrations • Manages advisor consultants in the choice of solutions and tools • Ensures integrity and integration of solution components • Assists in definition and construction of solution • Supports workshops and challenges the gaps as well as proposed solutions • Investigates and solves complex SAP project problems quickly • Ensures new landscapes and solutions are designed for cost-effective, scalable delivery • Act as Solution Architect: Identify current capabilities and future technological goals, creating and implementing solutions • Act as Pre-sales expert and industry lead: Provide advice on technologies and demonstrate added value

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or software engineering • At-least 10 years of experience with SAP Implementations on the modules SAP Retail and you have experience of S/4HANA • Participated in pre-sales activities, blue printing/Explore/Fit to standard and integration activities • A strong business acumen • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategies • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English • Very knowledgeable in the Consumer Industry market, especially the Retail segment (business processes, trends, challenges as well as best in class solutions) • A high energy individual who can adapt easily to different environments and project phases with leadership • Able to address objections with confidence and determination • Strategic and tactical with excellent planning and execution skills • Collaborative • Compliant and results driven
