📋 Description

• Design and maintain comprehensive business reporting frameworks that provide clear visibility into key performance indicators and trends • Partner with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operation teams to understand their data needs and translate business questions into analytical frameworks • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that enable self-service analytics across the organization • Identify emerging patterns in user behavior and business metrics that could inform strategic pivots or new opportunities • Collaborate with our Engineering team to ensure data quality and accessibility for analysis • Lead ad-hoc deep-dive analyses on critical business questions, from marketing optimizations, market opportunity sizing, financial forecasting, to user behavior monetization • Present complex technical analyses and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including engineering leadership and executive teams

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in data science, analytics engineering, or similar, ideally in a SaaS or consumer web environment • Advanced SQL plus Python for analysis & scripting • Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift) and modern ELT/ETL tools (Fivetran, Stitch, dbt, Airflow) • Experience designing A/B tests and applying statistical/causal inference methods • Track record of building dashboards and telling stories with data for cross-functional stakeholders • Proven self-starter who thrives in a scrappy, high-ownership startup culture - driving end-to-end analytics process from insights generation to recommendation adoption
