• Ensure team's roadmaps/plans focus on agreed business priorities • Define scope, kick-off, manage and execute complex programs • Drive vision for initiative/program towards clear objectives • Create clear planning documents and roadmaps • Establish a solid governance routine • Hold stakeholders accountable and proactively identify risks • Enable teams & leaders to make quality decisions • Lead high complexity projects from scoping to execution
🎯 Requirements
• Strong project management skills/experience • Experience with different methodologies and techniques • Background in Agile Project management, PMI certification and/or LEAN • Proven track record to lead high complexity projects • Solid business understanding, use quantitative and qualitative data • Analytical skills and data handling • Change management experience & mind-set • Strong interpersonal skills focused on collaboration • Ability to influence and steer leadership • Ability to break up complex problems into actionable solutions • Experience in short-term rental regulatory compliance, product management and/or business operations is a plus
