• Lead and document discovery sessions to understand client's business objectives • Become a trusted advisor and expert in SmartRecruiters platform • Identify and present a vision of client’s future • Perform product demos tailored to client’s needs • Acts as a resource for the Sales team on demonstrations • Understand industry and department verticals • Develop a repertoire of client stories to convey the value of SmartRecruiters • Communicate progress and expectations to leaders • Provide handoffs to Customer Experience
• Minimum of 2 years experience in sales engineering or consulting ideally in a SaaS environment • Solid understanding of prospect research, prospect needs discovery, outcome-based selling • Proven track record successfully collaborating with various departments • Strong customer-facing and relationship building • Excellent ability to break down technical jargon into easy to understand language • Engaging presentation and interpersonal communication skills • Technically adept, experienced with web technologies • Fluency in French and English required
