📋 Description

• Ensure clinicians are properly licensed, credentialed, and compliant across states. • Manage processes for overseeing new state licenses, renewals, and credentialing. • Liaise with vendors for licensing and credentialing. • Maintain tracking of state licenses and expiration timelines. • Oversee credentialing workflows for payers and vendors. • Build and maintain internal databases for clinician status. • Manage CPA documentation and liaise with vendors for compliance. • Manage clinician onboarding setup, including tech setup and training. • Collaborate with departments to streamline onboarding workflows and prepare for audits.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing licensing, credentialing, or compliance in a healthcare or telehealth setting. • Deep understanding of multi state licensing and regulatory requirements for clinicians (NPs, PAs, MDs, PharmDs). • Proven ability to build organized systems for tracking credentials and renewals. • Experience working with credentialing databases. • Strong project management and communication skills. • High attention to detail and accountability for compliance accuracy. • Proficiency with Google Workspace and workflow tools
