• Conduct intake evaluations and initiate MAT, primarily buprenorphine-based treatment • Deliver care via telemedicine across multiple markets • Support patients intensively during weeks 1–4 to ensure safe and successful treatment initiation • Collaborate with counselors, care teams, and medical leadership to transition patients into ongoing care • Provide clinical coverage and support across provider teams as needed • Contribute to new care model innovations and service line development
• MD/DO, NP (FNP or APRN), or PA with an active, unrestricted license • Experience treating OUD with buprenorphine; 1+ year preferred • Background in behavioral health, primary care, or addiction medicine • Comfort with telemedicine and technology-enabled care delivery • Commitment to compassionate, recovery-oriented, patient-centered care • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses, supported by Groups • Availability for part-time work, 20–25 hours per week, Monday–Friday with occasional weekend or holiday rotations
