• Overseeing and managing all aspects of healthcare provider licensing, DEA registration, collaborative agreements, and compliance with federal and state regulations. • Ensuring Midi Health meets all legal and regulatory requirements while enabling the company to expand its services across various regions.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in program management, compliance, or regulatory affairs in the healthcare or telehealth industries. • Clinical Experience Preferred • Strong understanding of state and federal healthcare regulations, including DEA requirements for telehealth services. • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
