Our team of over 50 talents is international and spread across offices in Paris, Barcelona and New York, or working remotely. • As a certified B Corporation, we are committed to making a difference in the lives of the communities we serve, including the 4 million consumers already using Joko to save money every day at over 7,000 merchants. • After reaching profitability in our core market, we are now expanding internationally with a primary focus on the US. • Your scope: As Lead Product Manager, you will have the key role of coordinating multiple Product squads while personally leading strategic projects for the company. • What you will do: Mentor, grow, and lead high-performing Product Managers and oversee the creation and execution of product roadmaps across several product lines, ensuring they align with company goals and market needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: You have 5+ years of full-time experience in Product, and including a significant management experience, preferably in a fast-growing tech company or consumer tech startup. • Location: You are based in France or Spain. • Languages: You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. • Leadership: You have experience managing and coaching high-performing Product Managers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Technical Acumen: You have a strong understanding of technology and its applications in product development. • Business Acumen: You understand the business side of product management and can align product strategy with overall business goals. • Innovation: You have a history of driving innovation and bringing new ideas to market successfully. • Communication: You have strong communication skills and can effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences, from technical teams to C-level executives. • Mindset: You have an entrepreneurial mindset, you like challenges, you welcome feedback, and you strive to get better every day. • Product savvy: You are constantly looking at emerging product trends and testing new mobile apps when they are released.
