📋 Description

• Manage all processes related to order management, order delivery/fulfillment, quality control, etc. • Formulate order requirements (packaging, personalized customization, labeling) for factories and place the PO timely • Clarify financial-related details(price, invoice, payment path) of the order with the vendor, place PO, and arrange the payment timely • Control manufacturing deadlines and correct implementation of all order requirements by the factory • Follow up on quality issues after delivery and resolve quality issues timely

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years+ of working experience in the field of procurement • Good knowledge of the procurement process (order management, order delivery/fulfillment, quality control, etc.) • Profound experience in managing Chinese suppliers/factories • Advanced level of English
