📋 Description

• Build and run the operating rhythm for the Regional Project Manager team • Define and own the KPI framework for Regional Project Managers, including on-time completion, budget variance, quality inspection pass rate, SLAs, service-provider network health, and client escalation rate • Run weekly/monthly performance review cadences with Regional Project Managers • Maintain documentation of performance issues, commitments, and changes • Serve as the escalation point for issues unresolved at the regional level • Represent regional performance data to executive leadership • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for leadership • Standardize installation tracking across regions • Manage, coach, and develop the Regional Project Manager team • Set clear performance expectations during hiring and onboarding • Drive consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement across home-modification installations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years managing a distributed field team in construction or home services • Track record of building KPI frameworks and performance management systems from scratch • Direct people management experience • Comfortable using data and dashboards to drive decisions • Experience managing teams through change
