📋 Description

• Thoroughly test software changes • Report bugs clearly and concisely • Create test artifacts, including test cases, checklists, and shared testing data • Support and improve release velocity • Evaluate, understand, and clarify requirements • Develop testing strategies that adequately cover requirements • Troubleshoot and prioritize bugs • Apply various testing types across web, mobile, backend, and AI tooling • Own end-to-end testing • Develop subject matter expertise in products and systems under test • Advocate for quality throughout the software development lifecycle • Review and analyze requirements • Define holistic testing approaches • Participate in bug triages • Work closely with product and engineering from early development stages

• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills • Ability to evaluate, understand, and clarify requirements • Ability to develop testing strategies that adequately cover requirements • Ability to troubleshoot and prioritize bugs • Ability to write clear, concise bug reports • Strong testing skills and deep knowledge of various testing types • Strong sense of ownership and proactive, independent problem-solving mindset • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated success working independently in a fully remote environment • Exceptional self-management, high autonomy, and ability to manage time and projects with minimal oversight • Positive attitude and growth mindset • Ability to identify factors that slow teams down and surface improvement opportunities • Hands-on experience testing web, mobile, backend, and AI tooling • Experience with risk-based and context-driven testing • Experience owning end-to-end testing • Experience developing subject matter expertise in products and systems under test • Experience advocating for quality throughout the SDLC • Experience reviewing and analyzing requirements • Experience defining holistic testing approaches • Experience participating in bug triages • Experience working closely with product and engineering from early development stages • Must treat the role as a primary professional commitment and be reliably available during agreed working hours • Not well-suited for candidates juggling multiple full-time contracts
