🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in content writing/editing, specifically within Managed IT, IT support, MSPs, cybersecurity, or cloud services. • Deep understanding of MSP operations, cybersecurity frameworks (SIEM, Zero Trust, MDR, XDR), and IT compliance. • Proven track record of SEO-optimized IT content that ranks and converts. • Strong grasp of RMM, NOC, ITIL frameworks, cloud security, endpoint protection, and IT infrastructure management. • Exceptional editing skills with the ability to transform generic content into industry-specific thought leadership material. • Experience working with AI-driven content tools, automation in ITSM, and emerging IT trends. • Strong analytical mindset – able to measure content effectiveness and optimize accordingly. • Ability to mentor junior writers and ensure consistent editorial quality.
