• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with deep expertise in technical SEO & strategy • 2-3 years of experience leading, training, or mentoring SEO team members • Strong understanding of both on-page and off-page SEO • Skilled in CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, HubSpot, etc.) • Proficient with Google Analytics, GSC/WMT, Looker Studio • Experienced conducting technical audits, implementing fixes, and building growth plans • Fast and efficient with SEO tools & computer applications • Able to document processes, improve SOPs, and build repeatable frameworks • Deep knowledge of at least 5+ audit, crawl, or link analysis tools • Strong English communication skills (written & verbal) • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations • Agency experience required
