📋 Description
• Lead one of the Legal Quality Operations teams that serves a specific Product Area. • Develop the team through regular feedback and alignment of expectations. • Make decisions on people allocation, hiring and terminations based on performance and team needs. • Ensure the area’s priorities are understood by your direct reports. • Ensure a healthy and collaborative work environment. • Define responsibilities and supervise the execution and review of activities. • Monitor delivery progress and produce managerial and conclusive dashboards. • Identify bottlenecks, analyze data, and implement process improvements focused on increasing efficiency.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience creating or redesigning operations from scratch, structuring processes, workflows and routines. • Prior experience in coordination, functional leadership or complex operations. • Ability to navigate cross-functional contexts with multiple stakeholders and simultaneous demands. • Strategic and operational mindset, with autonomy to set priorities and make decisions. • Critical thinking to question requests, analyze impacts and understand the end-to-end cycle. • Ability to work with metrics, analyses and an analytical business perspective, turning data into actions. • Experience prioritizing and structuring operations based on efficiency and impact. • Clear, concise communication and the ability to raise alerts quickly. • Ease in engaging the right people and channels to build alignment across areas. • Ability to influence stakeholders, including technical teams such as Product and Engineering.
