📋 Description

• You lead the IT team both functionally and disciplinarily, promote targeted employee development, and proactively plan capacities and resources. • You ensure a stable, secure, and highly available business operation and the continuous availability of our applications. • In day-to-day operations you provide hands-on support, pitch in when needed, and actively contribute to ongoing and new projects. • You administer, maintain, and continuously develop our IT landscape so that it reliably meets current requirements. • You plan, coordinate, and implement IT projects in a structured way: from requirements and implementation to successful rollout. • You ensure compliance with IT security, regulatory, and data protection requirements in operational activities. • You manage external service providers and vendors confidently and are responsible for license, contract, and cost management. • By continuously optimizing and automating operational processes, you sustainably increase efficiency, scalability, and service quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed IT/computer science vocational training or a relevant degree, preferably with a focus on system integration. • Proven experience in leading, motivating, and developing IT teams. • Strong knowledge of modern IT systems and infrastructures, particularly in servers, networking, virtualization, security, and cloud. • Experience in supporting, administering, and further developing ERP systems, ideally PlentyONE. • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory is desirable. • Structured, independent, and analytical working style with high quality standards. • Strong teamwork and communication skills as well as a clear hands-on mentality. • High level of initiative, flexibility, responsibility, and resilience. • Strong leadership personality with the ability to engage, mentor, and develop people.
