• Support in bookkeeping and maintenance of financial data. • Review and processing of invoices and preparation of payment runs. • Assist with accounts receivable management and support the dunning process. • Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports. • Produce data analyses and reports to support budgeting and forecasting processes. • Support finance and controlling projects. • Assist in optimizing our financial processes.
🎯 Requirements
• Enrolled student (m/f/d) in Business Administration, Economics, or a related degree program — ideally with a focus on Accounting, Controlling, or Finance. • Some practical experience in accounting or controlling (e.g., through internships) is advantageous. • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. • Strong affinity for numbers, a structured way of working, and attention to detail. • Ideally, prior experience with DATEV. • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team. • Independent and reliable working style.
