• Represent employees in legal claims related to Washington wage and hour laws. • Play a major role in litigation of employment-related claims. • Defend and take depositions, conduct legal research, and manage cases. • Ensure all deadlines are met and priorities achieved in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 Requirements

• JD Required. • Minimum 4-9 years relevant legal experience, including substantial experience litigating and managing complex cases. • Expertise in wage and hour Law. • Experience with all stages of litigation process. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently or within a team.
