📋 Description

• We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented DBA/Data Analyst to join our team. • This role is ideal for someone passionate about using data to drive strategic decisions. • The successful candidate will transform complex data into clear, actionable insights. • Analyze large and complex datasets using Python and SQL to uncover patterns and opportunities for improvement. • Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Excel, and Google Sheets. • Present findings through compelling data narratives and visualizations tailored to various stakeholder audiences. • Collaborate with academic and administrative units to understand data needs and deliver timely, relevant insights. • Support initiatives related to student outcomes, institutional performance, and operational efficiency. • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all analytical outputs.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working in or with educational institutions, with an understanding of academic data and student lifecycle metrics. • Proficiency in data analytics using Python (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) and SQL (PostgreSQL or similar). • Strong skills in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Google Sheets, and Excel. • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • Experience in presenting insights using tools like Google Slides or PowerPoint. • Certifications in data analytics (e.g., Google Data Analytics, Google Advanced Data Analytics, DataCamp) are a strong plus.
