• We are looking for Salesforce Administrators who are highly committed professionals and can work independently and deliver a high volume of quality work in a fast paced environment. • In this role, you will be solving interesting and challenging problems in delivering high-quality business solutions to our client in the healthcare industry on the Force.com platform. • You are expected to collaborate with our in-house developers and the client in designing and developing a dynamic and secure business solution. • Oversee all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions and public groups • Resolve user support tickets • Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders • Support team members and monitor user adoption of Salesforce tools in our organization • Provide ongoing user training and create training materials as needed • Generate application flow charts and technical documentation • Defining technical specifications to meet business requirements for custom applications • Function in an Agile, structured SDLC team environment • Perform unit and integration testing • Develop Distributed Integrations between Salesforce and proprietary Enterprise Applications
• Salesforce administration (minimum three (3) years of experience) • Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems • Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration • Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities • Experience in Developer Console and automation • Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification (preferred but not a requirement) • Familiarity with SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language) • Familiarity with Visualforce/Lightning Components/Aura Components, Apex • Proven experience in troubleshooting and solving complex logic problems
