📋 Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled Mid to Senior SAP Authorisations and GRC Consultant. • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Authorisations and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). • Experience in SuccessFactors Authorisations is a plus but not mandatory. • Design, implement, and maintain robust SAP authorisation structures across SAP platforms. • Manage access control, risk analysis, and remediation processes, ensuring compliance with organisational and regulatory standards. • Configure and manage SuccessFactors role-based permissions, ensuring seamless integration with broader SAP landscapes. • Utilise Soterion for compliance reporting, access reviews, and authorisation risk analysis. • Manage SAP Identity Authentication and Provisioning Services, ensuring secure and efficient identity lifecycle management. • Support internal and external audits to meet all compliance requirements. • Develop training materials and deliver knowledge-sharing sessions to empower end-users and stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of SAP Authorisations, including role design and maintenance. • Proven experience with SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, EAM, BRM, ARM). • Knowledge of Soterion for GRC-related activities. • Hands-on experience with SAP IAS and IPS for identity management. • Nice to Have: Experience with SuccessFactors Role-Based Permissions (RBP). • Ability to troubleshoot authorisation issues and design scalable solutions. • Familiarity with SOX, GDPR, and other regulatory frameworks. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
