📋 Description
• Demonstrate deep expertise in Workday functionality, configuration, and best practices • Offer proactive, relevant suggestions to enhance Workday configuration and improve the user experience • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients • Successfully manage multiple clients by balancing competing priorities • Provide guidance to junior team members
🎯 Requirements
• Workday certification in Core HCM; additional Workday certification(s) a plus • 3+ years of related customer or partner experience • 3+ years of Workday Core HCM configuration • Managed system configuration, security, and business process design for HCM and Core Compensation • Experience with Workday Report Writer, EIBs, calculated fields • Strong problem-solving skills • Strong communicator
