📋 Description

• Fully manage the successful implementation of Workday solutions • Drive scope, definition and delivery of solutions • Manage all aspects of project delivery • Commercially manage the implementation of global Workday programmes • Act as the key client interface between functional and technical teams • Offer domain experience to provide functional insight • Lead and support blended teams of colleagues, client and partner resources • Identify requirements, business processes, application configurations, testing plans • Create well-structured & accurate deliverables and present to client steering level groups

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in implementing back office systems • Strong functional domain expertise including areas such as HR and/or Finance (including Payroll) • Full lifecycle project management experience • Excellent customer focus • Excellent commercial management, influencing and negotiation skills • Excellent communicator • Sound ability to formally present to senior Client audiences • Excellent business writing skills • Understanding of risk management • Ability to work to tight deadlines and make sensible decisions under pressure
