📋 Description
• Lead a team of specialist integration consultants • Ensure successful delivery of integration solutions for Workday HCM system • Work closely with customers to lead integrations workstream • Scope, gather requirements, document, implement, deploy and support integration solutions • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their requirements • Guide, develop and educate others within the Workday practice on Integrations
🎯 Requirements
• Proficiency with XML, XPath and XSLT • Knowledge in an object oriented programming language (preferably J2EE) • Workday Integrations Certified, with 3-5 years within the partner ecosystem • Experience of designing workflows to solve business and technical problems • Good understanding of cloud computing, web services • Excellent customer focus • Strong communicator • Strong commercial awareness • Broad business and technology understanding • Ability to work to tight deadlines and make sensible decisions under pressure • Strong consulting skills • Willing and able to act as a role model and mentor junior consultants • Willing to support the sales process
