📋 Description

• As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining, designing, and delivering new and enhanced product features. • Customer Understanding: Dive deep into understanding user needs, pain points, and behaviors through research, interviews, surveys, and data analysis. • Question Asking and Answering: Help coming up with what are the right questions we should be asking to improve our product, and digging deep to find answers. • Product Design and Development: Propose new product features then work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and customer support, to ensure successful product development and launch. • Requirements Definition: Write detailed product requirement documents or user stories that provide clear instructions and context for designers and engineers to work from. • Feature Prioritization: Determine which features or improvements should be developed based on the potential value to the user and the business, effort required, resources available, and alignment with the product strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience at a trading, betting, or investing company is a big plus. • Startup experience, or experience in a fast pace, intense environment. • Experience working with a software product.
