• Develop and execute comprehensive Amazon Ads strategies and tests to achieve Kaplan's sales and revenue targets, utilizing Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Products, and Sponsored Display campaigns. • Be an expert on Amazon Ads campaigns by knowing how to conduct keyword research, ad performance/audits, and experience with managing a budget to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives. • Analyze spend trends to determine when incremental budget may be needed, along with the projected sales associated with that incremental. • Monitor and analyze Amazon Ads performance metrics, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). • Conduct regular audits of Amazon Ads campaigns to ensure compliance with best practices and identify areas for improvement in targeting, creative, and campaign structure. • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, inventory, and product, to align Amazon Ads strategies with overall business goals and promotional activities. • Stay up-to-date with the latest Amazon Ads features, trends, and best practices, and proactively recommend new strategies and tactics to enhance campaign performance. • Prepare and present regular reports on Amazon Ads performance to key stakeholders, providing clear insights and recommendations for future strategies.
• Bachelor's degree with a focus on Business • Preferred 3+ years of hands-on experience • Experience with Amazon Ads. • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. • Advanced communication and writing skills. • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; working under pressure and prioritizing workload. • Highly organized and capable of working independently. • Preferred Qualifications Experience with Amazon DSP
