• Carrying out maintenance, inspections and repairs on our state-of-the-art, fully automated logistics systems directly at the customer’s site. • Close cooperation with our Key Account Managers to optimize customer relationships and identify improvement potential. • Conducting training and instruction for our customers to expand their expertise and maximize the use of our systems. • Ensuring high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and a solution-oriented approach. • Using innovative service tools to respond to our customers’ needs efficiently and effectively.
• Completed vocational training in mechanics, electrical engineering, mechatronics or as an energy systems electrician/electromechanic with authorization to work on electrical circuits, or an equivalent qualification. • Technician qualification and a welding certificate are advantageous. • Initial professional experience in mechanics, electronics as well as control and inverter/drive technology, ideally in stacker cranes and conveyor systems. • Independent working style and willingness to travel beyond the defined deployment area. • Good English skills and MS Office knowledge.
